This year we celebrated our 90th year in business and it was a wonderful one filled with extraordinary events! From weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and networking events, to trainings, new menus, and photoshoots, we kept ourselves growing.

In November we hosted the Tampa Bay NACE meeting at Diehl Farms, a premier wedding and event facility in Hillsborough county. Our farm to table menu for the event featured locally-sourced seafood, beef, and produce, in addition to local beer and locally-roasted coffee.

Recently we celebrated the opening of the Rialto Theatre, a great new venue that has opened up in the Tampa Heights area near Downtown Tampa. They have an industrial, historic vibe with a perfect mix of old and new details.

Josh Schonwald, the author of The Taste of Tomorrow book and magazine,
recently spoke at a dinner that was hosted at the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, FL. At the dinner he discussed the people, trends, and technologies that could change the foods we eat. Our chefs collaborated with his team to craft a menu that was not only delicious, but highlighted the topics he was discussing.
